You remember the time? Well it was just a few short weeks ago when this property went live!
Escrow was delayed by 2 weeks? 🤯
Well the buyer had a property to sell and was supposed to close April 3rd.. that didn’t happen.
How could a lender draft loa documents with one buyer and the offer had 2 buyers lol well when selling a mobile home anything has to be accurate and the Tax Certification form has to be snail mailed in order to properly close the file!! Could we have canceled? Yes, when a buyer loves a home and does everything they can to close sometimes that means more than a higher offer, or finding a new buyer!

Story time.. back in 2019 I met this couple and they bought their first house .. cool 😎 and we beat out 26 offers!! VA loan and only like $12k above asking.. this week they were pre approved to buy another home.. and the first on they toured they fell in love with! We don’t beat out 26 offers but we beat out 3! Now they are slightly mad at me.. cause they might have ti pack their bags again lol 😂
