Robert represented the seller in the home we purchased in San Diego& he did the showing for this home for us. Within 6 months after closing, multiple things were broken that were replaced/remodeled—including side gaps forming on the NEW hardwood floors. I reached out to Robert & Robert said he had nothing to do with the owner wanting to upgrade before selling. I got ahold of the seller using closing paperwork and he stated that Robert oversaw ALL home upgrades, including the flooring. The workers haven’t responded to seller or us, to fix them & we’re left with floors that are cracked throughout the house & found several 1/2 done cheap fixes a year later. Be careful going with Robert for any “upgraded” homes.
